Freddy was one month old on May 30th! The doctor cant believe how big he got - 12 lb 7 oz and 24 inches!

Memorial Day Weekend
We had a busy weekend but I wasnt good about taking pictures! The LI Lutzen families were over on Saturday to celebrate Opas birthday and we had a great time! Then on Saturday Tara and Dave met Lil Freddy for the first time! Then we went to my cousin Pattys for a yummy BBQ and my cousin Narra and Chris were there too so we got to see Narras beautiful growing belly! Here are some pics of Pattys!
On Monday we went to JB's BBQ adn had a beautiful day in the sun and lots of great food! No pics though because Im TERRIBLE at this!!! :)

First Bath!
On May 17th Freddys cord had fallen off and we gave him his first bath. He was neither happy nor unhappy about the experience. I guess just curious...

Ready for Action
At about 11 pm on 4/29/08 I knew I was in labor. By 2 am the pain was pretty bad and we called the doctor. We arrived at the hospital at 3 am and I could barely walk...luckily i dilated quickly and the doctor said I could get my epidural right away - it was in by 4 am and i was much more comfortable. By 7am I was 9 cm and the doctor was giddy - saying I was flying along and would be ready to push in an hour....no such luck however. After several more house of no progress, dr did an internal and advised that the babys head was too big to fit though my cervix. wee wah :( Off to the OR for a C-section. Daddy was geared up and ready to go! :)
